Return and Replacement eligibility varies from product to product.

Clear photos or video evidence (mandatory for damaged/incorrect items)
Our team will review and respond within 2–3 working days with approval or rejection.
Based on serviceability, we may arrange a pickup or require self-shipping.
The product must be securely packed to avoid transit damage.
If the issue is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), return shipping cost will be borne by us.
In other cases, shipping charges may be borne by the customer or adjusted in the refund.
Replacement is subject to stock availability.
If replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered as per listing terms.
Replacement dispatch will be initiated after inspection and approval of the returned item.
